The Legal Procedures Of Properties Sale Or Lease

When we talk about legalities we mean the legal and safe procedures we use to achieve and fulfill the deals. Now we tell you the suitable procedures we follow    to save our reputation and your safety before our benefit and   your desire.

First: Checking the location and choose the right property is the first step

Second: Sending you all the available information about the  paper work, documents and contacts  of the property.

Third: Short visit to the Dahab City Council to be sure of the contracts and its relation with the land and also if there are any future cuts form the land for the public services and
finally if it is allowed to apply for a building permit or not.

Fourth: Finding a good and trustable lawyer for contracting and legal advises.

Important note: The lands of Dahab City are in various legal conditions we have been used to put it in categories as the following:

1- Registered land or house with all the facilities or ability to have it legally and officially

2- Legal land (mean that there is an ownership contract between the government and the first owner) able to get a building permit for it

3- Illegal land with an old building on it. And this land is to be legalized and the house is old with all the utilities such as electricity, water, deflation system,........ We mean that this house has no problem against the government, but you can not renew of rebuild it before legalizing its situation by purchasing the land from the government.

4- Non legal land or house and has reports from the government because of its illegal situation. For sure it will be free of any service or utility.
